Scout Vehicle by neuromancer2 Scout Vehicle by neuromancer2
Started this initial concept in one of my intro to Maya classes back in the day. Forgot about it for a few years and decided to resurrect it and put it in my portfolio as a concept art piece.

I ended up pretty much stripping it down and starting over, using just the original shape I started with, and basically adding stuff as I went along.

I will be doing a color paint over/illustration as well.

There is a very early concept of the Warthog from the original Halo that looks similar to this.

Actually that's what I thought it was when I clicked this.

Back in WWII, something you didn't want to see coming up the road at you..XD

but Puma is a giant cat really...close to a Jaugar, closer to a Lynx kinda animal

Nuclear propulsion is each wheel? From a technical standpoint that's inefficient. Nuclear materials although efficient require heavy shielding, and a critical mass of material. So splitting the reactor into 4 segments if possible (due to requiring critical mass) would require disproportionately larger area of shielding.
Cool and plausible design otherwise!

Pity. Copying without actually using the exact data is the most difficult copyright infringement one cat possibly face.

By the way, your design is excellent. I mean really excellent.

Dude this is an awesome design for an armored scout vehicle; I am curious though. The caseless gun turret; how is it going to fire caseless ammunition? I heard of a company trying to make guns that fire caseless ammunition, but I have not seen those types of weapons become mass produced yet. Great job though; I would never think of an armored scout vehicle packing that many weapons/heat.

Thanks. Was thinking of "in the near future" type of weapons. And just wanted a weapon that would fire ammunition at a higher rate compared to a normal weapon it's size. But didn't really think of specifics as far as how the weapons would function. Could be something like a Gauss Gun that uses highly energized/superconductor magnets er somethin?

I dont know how old this image is or if you even still have it but could you please (pretty please with sugar on top) make a "stretched" version of this vehicle., this one looks like a 2-door, 2-seat model.

Id like to see it as a 4-door, 4-5 passenger vehicle.

thnx.

PS. if this is a 3DS file, would you like to share? :0)
